You won't find a dozen different brands of any one item. We "pre" shop for you, recommending items we know will meet your specific dog grooming and pet care needs! Our generous guidance and instruction will assist you in getting the most out of your purchase.

You will have shipping options available for you to choose when checking out. Items shipped from our facilities will automatically combine shipping.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email when your order has been shipped.
That email will include: Your order details, Dispatch date, Carrier method, Delivery Confirmation number or tracking number.

Within the United States: PLEASE NOTE that First Class & Priority Mail shipments are NOT provided with a tracking number by the USPS. We include a delivery confirmation number as your package identifier ONLY. This number is scanned in on successful delivery and does not provide real-time tracking while in transit.

International Shipments: PLEASE NOTE that we are unable to track your package once it has left the US. You will need to contact your local customs office or post office with your customs form number to track your package locally. Most International packages arrive within 21 days or less but may take longer if they are held in your local customs office due to backlog, holiday, or detailed inspection.

Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges Ordered the wrong size or item by mistake? No problem. Please Contact Us within 14 days of receipt of your order for exchange authorization. The item must be in new and unused condition with all retail packaging. Exchange shipping is paid by the customer including Dog Beds. Did you receive an incorrect item? We strive for 100% order accuracy, but occasionally we do make an error. If that happens to you...and we hope it does not, please Contact Us so that we can correct our error as soon as possible.


Please Contact Us within 14 days of receipt of your order for return authorization. The item must be in new and unused condition with all retail packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer including Dog Beds. Our cost for shipping items with "Free Shipping" will be deducted from the refund so please measure the height and length of you fur baby to ensure the bed is a good fit. Refunds will be given in form of original payment for purchase price only. Shipping and insurance costs are not refunded. Please do not send items back to A Fortunate Dog without an RA#.
